I'm so grateful to have spent the past 40+ Years of my life Involved in the Great Game of Baseball! I’ve had the opportunity to watch  literally thousands of my players have amazing careers. So many got the opportunity to play college baseball and dozens were drafted or signed professional contracts. In 2018, three of my players, all on the same 2007 HS team played in the Big Leagues. One has a 2016 World Series ring and was a 2018 All-Star. One was a 2022

As a former Professional Pitcher in the Boston Red Sox Organization, Division I College Pitcher at Seton Hall University and 2 sport high school athlete at St Joes Regional HS, I know what it takes to fail and succeed against the best players at every level. I'm also a father of 4 boys and understand how difficult it can be to coach your own child and/or the players you coach.

For the past 8 years I've been an Associate Scout for the Tampa  Bay Rays (Mid-Atlantic Region) so I know what HS, College and Professional Scouts are looking for in a PLAYER AND HIS FAMILY!

I've spent the past 20 years, along with my friend and business partner, Dr Christopher Ahmad (NY Yankees team physician and President Elect of the MLB Team Physicians Association) Researching, Studying and Developing Training Protocols to Identify, Prevent and Rehabilitate Injured Baseball Players. I've personally created and implemented individualized rehab throwing programs for over 60 Tommy John guys and over 30 Labrum/Rotator Cuff surgery recipients. I see hundreds of youth kids (7-15) a year with Growth Plate issues in their Shoulder and Elbow. A major percentage of these injuries are preventable by using my "Common Sense Approach" It has become my passion and mission to educate as many people as I can to reverse the trend of throwing arm injuries.
